Bavette is part of Waldorf Group, which is behind several restaurants and concepts in Copenhagen, such as Boullion, Fattys, Mio, where we focus on quality and the guest experience. At Bavette our menu brings together a selection of classic French-inspired dishes and a focus on simple, well-executed cooking. At the heart of the menu is our signature bavette steak, served with crispy fries and our secret sauce. The concept is simple – and that’s exactly the strength. The Position

We are looking for a full-time chef to join a dedicated team in a kitchen with high energy and clear standards.

You’ll be working in a focused setup where precision and timing are key – and where repetition is essential to maintaining quality.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing and plating dishes

• Preparing seasonal desserts

• Ensuring consistent high quality in every serving

• Following recipes and kitchen procedures

• Contributing to a positive and efficient work environment

• Handling prep

• Working closely with the rest of the team

We expect you to:

• Have experience from a similar role

• Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Have a strong eye for detail and quality

• Be structured and able to work independently

• Be reliable and flexible with working hours (evenings and weekends)

• Speak English (Danish is a plus)
