EXPERIENCED WAITRESS – PREMIUM HOSPITALITY | MÁDAMI COPENHAGEN

At MáDaMi – Vietnamese Kitchen & Bar, we believe that exceptional hospitality is about more than taking orders and serving food. It’s about attention to detail, confidence, awareness, genuine warmth, and creating an experience that guests remember.

As we continue to develop MáDaMi into one of Copenhagen’s most distinctive dining destinations, we are looking for experienced front-of-house professionals who share our ambition.

This is not an entry-level position.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience in a quality restaurant, preferably within premium dining or high-standard hospitality.

• Strong knowledge of restaurant service, including proper table service, food presentation, wine and beverage service.

• The ability to manage your own section confidently, efficiently, and independently.

• Excellent communication skills and professional English.

• Strong situational awareness – knowing what guests need before they have to ask.

• Someone who remains composed, organised, and attentive during busy service.

• A positive attitude, genuine enthusiasm, and a willingness to improve every day.

Experience matters. But attitude, initiative, and consistency matter more.

We value people who notice the details, take responsibility, support their colleagues, and genuinely care about the guest experience.

We are not interested in impressive CVs that cannot be backed up by actual ability.

If you describe yourself as experienced, you should be comfortable demonstrating that experience in a practical service assessment.
