From an early stage, you will take active part in daily tasks on equal footing with your colleagues and gradually be given increasing responsibility, supported by structured training and ongoing guidance. Through working with real financial tasks every day, you will combine theory and practice and develop a deep understanding of how an international company operates.

Customized program with focus on development

As a finance apprentice, you will be part of a structured training program combining practical work and theoretical education. You will rotate within different areas of the finance department to ensure a broad understanding of financial processes in an international company.

Your development will be supported through continuous feedback, mentoring, and individual development plans. We focus on both your professional and personal growth throughout the program.

Alongside your work at Actona Group, you will complete the theoretical part of your finance education as part of your apprentice program.

The finance apprentice program typically runs over 2 years and includes rotations across relevant finance functions such as accounting, accounts payable/receivable, controlling, and reporting.
