Full‑Time Waiter/Bartender

We are opening a brand‑new pub‑style bar at Copenhagen Plaza and are looking for a full‑time Waiter/Bartender to join our team. The bar combines a classic pub atmosphere with food from our Italian restaurant, including pizza, burgers, and salads.

Your responsibilities

• Serve guests in bar and dining areas
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks
• Serve food from our Italian menu
• Maintain a clean and well‑stocked bar
• Handle payments and POS
• Opening and closing procedures
• Inventory tasks: daily refill + monthly stock count
• Ensure high hygiene and safety standards

What we’re looking for

• Experience as waiter and/or bartender
• Strong service mindset and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Responsible, positive, and team‑oriented
• Fluent in English (Danish is a plus)
• Flexible for evenings and weekends
• Available from monday the 06/07-26.

Opening hours:

• Tuesday – Thursday from 16:00 to 00:00
• Friday – Saturday from 16:00 to 01:00
• Closed Sunday–Monday
