Join Europe’s leading IT refurbishment company and help make technology more sustainable. At T1A, we give used IT equipment a second life, and quality is at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for a Graphic Technician or similar profile for our Keyboard Production team in Allerød. This is a technical-graphic role: you create and maintain the cutting files, keyboard layouts and production setups that keep our daily production accurate and running.

It is less about campaign design and more about precision, clean files and a sharp eye for layout. Your craft is exactly what makes it work.

What you’ll do

  • Create and maintain cutting files and keyboard layouts across models, languages and character sets

  • Prepare and preflight production-ready files for our plotters, cutters and laser equipment

  • Set up production jigs and support daily production by troubleshooting technical issues

  • Optimize existing files and workflows, and keep quality and documentation consistent

Must-haves

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • A solid understanding of vector graphics

  • A feel for millimetre precision and tolerances

The rest we’ll teach you: cutting paths, plotters, cutters or laser equipment, and production workflows. Experience here is a plus, not a requirement.

Your background might be as a graphic designer, prepress or graphic technician, or print and production specialist. You may also have picked up similar skills hands-on. Practical experience counts as much as formal education. You will also need to communicate in English, and a clean criminal record is required.

Why you’ll like it here

  • Stable daytime working hours (Monday to Friday)

  • Thorough onboarding and training on cutting files and production equipment

  • Real influence over how our production files and workflows are built

  • An international, social workplace where sustainability is part of everyday work

Terms & how to apply

Full-time (37.5 hours per week) covered by the Danish Industrial Union Agreement. Salary consists of an hourly wage, a function supplement, pension agreement, Fritvalg account and an annual performance bonus.
