Join Our Team as a Chef (2 Positions)

Brunch ApS is looking for 2 skilled and motivated Chefs to join our kitchen team in Valby. We are seeking passionate professionals who take pride in preparing high-quality food and delivering excellent dining experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and company standards.

• Assist in planning and developing seasonal menus.

• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with Danish food regulations.

• Prepare ingredients and manage daily kitchen operations.

• Monitor food quality and presentation.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimizing food waste.

• Cooperate closely with colleagues to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen.

• Relevant culinary education is an advantage.

• Knowledge of international cuisine is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Responsible, reliable, and quality-conscious.

• Good communication skills in English. Danish is an advantage but not required.
