M & M ApS is hiring two Team Leaders

M & M ApS is growing and looking for two reliable, motivated Team Leaders to help keep our daily operations organised, maintain high standards and ensure work runs smoothly. You will enjoy delivering good results while helping us improve the way we work.

We value quality and efficiency, so we are looking for people with experience in leadership, coordination and planning. You will be a key point of contact between the company, our employees and our customers.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and staff schedules

• Train, support and develop employees

• Check the quality of completed work and follow up where needed

• Provide professional, friendly customer service

• Report to management on employees and work sites

• Visit and assess work sites

• Willing to step in and take responsibility when an employee is absent.

About you

• You have experience in operations coordination, team leadership or a similar role.

• You are organised and can keep track of several tasks at once.

• You are comfortable taking responsibility and showing initiative.

• You are flexible about working hours.
