Poultry Farm Worker / Team Supervisor

Location: Stoholm, Jutland, Denmark
Start date: 1 October 2026
Employment: Permanent, long-term position

We are looking for an experienced and responsible employee for a poultry farm near Stoholm, Denmark.

The position combines practical poultry farm work with responsibility for supervising a small team.

Responsibilities

• Daily care and monitoring of chickens

• Supervising a team of approximately 3–4 employees

• Organising and following daily farm routines

• Ensuring good animal welfare, hygiene and farm standards

• Working weekends according to the farm schedule

• Being available for alarm calls when required

• Reporting problems and coordinating with farm management

• General practical work on the poultry farm

Requirements

• Previous agricultural or farm experience is required

• Poultry experience is an advantage

• Experience supervising employees is preferred

• Responsible and independent working style

• Ability to organise daily tasks and work with a team

• Willingness to work weekends and respond to farm alarms

• Driving licence required

• Communicative English

Salary and Accommodation

Salary: approximately 25,000–30,000 DKK gross per month, depending on experience

Accommodation is available:

• Room: 2,500 DKK/month

• House suitable for the employee and family: 5,000 DKK/month

This is a long-term permanent position for the right candidate.
