Waiter/Waitress (full-time)

Do you want to help create unforgettable guest experiences at one of Copenhagen’s most iconic destinations? At Admiral Hotel, we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented full-time waiter/waitress for our restaurant aye aye, who is passionate about gastronomy, guest service, and teamwork.

What we are looking for

We are looking for an attentive person with a natural flair for service and an eye for detail. As a waiter/waitress, you will play a key role in our guests’ experience, and we would like for you to:

• Have an outgoing personality and a warm, professional approach to guest contact.

• Be good at maintaining an overview in busy situations and always have a smile on your face.

• Take pride in delivering high quality, both in terms of food and service.

• Have experience with a la carte service as well as larger events, and be able to take responsibility for the guest’s entire journey from welcome to farewell.

• Be solution-oriented, optimistic, and contribute to the team’s good energy.

• Have knowledge of, and interest in, wine and spirits.

Your tasks

With us, you will have a varied workday with many exciting areas of responsibility, including:

• Serving both a la carte guests and larger parties.

• Presenting the menu, wine, and beverages to our guests.

• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.

• Setting tables, tidying up, and participating in the execution of events and conferences.
