We are looking for pizza bakers and kitchen assistant

Brødre Bageri is looking for skilled and motivated people to join our team for the summer.
We are a combined bakery and pizzeria located on beautiful Bornholm, where we serve both locals and tourists with fresh bread, cakes, sandwiches, breakfast, and pizzas.

We care a lot about quality, good teamwork, and a healthy work environment where we help each other and enjoy going to work.

Pizza Baker:

The pizzeria is one of the busiest stations in the shop, where we make many pizzas in a short time.
It is important that you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can keep calm during busy periods.

Your tasks will include:

• Preparing and baking pizzas from dough to finished pizzas.

• Prepping ingredients and toppings.

• Making sure every pizza is delivered with high quality and nice presentation.

• Keeping the pizza station clean and organized.

• Working together with the team to ensure good service.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a pizza baker or kitchen helper.

• Works well under pressure.

• Takes pride in quality and presentation.

• Is flexible, responsible, and team-oriented.

Kitchen Assistant:

We are also looking for a kitchen assistant to help in our daily production and preparation.

Your tasks will include:

• Preparing sandwiches, yoghurt, cakes, and simple food items.

• Helping with prep and cleaning in the kitchen.

• Assisting where needed during busy hours.

• Helping keep the kitchen organized and running smoothly.

We are looking for someone who:

• Likes working in a busy environment.

• Is positive and helpful towards colleagues.

• Can work independently and take responsibility.

• Has kitchen experience (not required, but a plus).
