Are you structured, service-minded, and interested in administrative work in an international research environment? If so, you may be one of the student assistants we are looking for at the Niels Bohr Institute, University of Copenhagen.
About the Position
You will become part of a busy and dynamic research environment, supporting researchers and administrative staff with a range of practical and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Booking travel arrangements and processing travel reimbursements
- Handling minor purchases and coordinating orders
- Participating in the planning and execution of events
- Administrative ad hoc tasks
We Expect That You
- Are enrolled in a higher education programme in Denmark
- Work in a structured manner and have a keen eye for detail
- Have good IT skills and are proficient in standard office software

Terms of Employment
Working hours are on average 8 hours a week. Employment is as HK Student under the applicable collective agreement for clerical staff, laboratory technicians and IT employees in the Danish state sector between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees’ Organisations – The State Sector (OAO-S). The workplace is the Niels Bohr Institute, University of Copenhagen.
Expected start date: 25 November 2026.
